With over three decades of experience and a passion for functional medicine, Michelle helps her patients uncover the root causes of their health challenges to reclaim vitality, confidence, and overall well-being.

Her journey into functional medicine began with her own health struggles. Despite her advanced medical knowledge, she faced persistent exhaustion, brain fog, joint pain, and emotional distress that her healthcare provider dismissed. Determined to feel like herself again, Michelle took her health into her own hands. Through hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and a holistic approach, she achieved transformative changes, restoring her energy, clarity, and balance. This experience fueled her mission to create a practice that provides others with the care, attention, and solutions she once sought.

With a Nurse Practitioner degree from Duke University and advanced certifications as a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C), Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR), and Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA), Michelle has spent decades honing her expertise. Her background includes extensive experience in neurosurgery, nephrology, hematology/oncology, HRT, sexual health, and weight loss, blending advanced clinical knowledge with a compassionate, whole-person approach to care.
